EASTER is almost here and we are expecting a BIG crowd to show up this Sunday at The Gathering! It’s hard to believe that we have been in our new facility almost a year now. God has been so good to The Gathering.

Our staff and volunteers are working hard this week getting ready for everyone and I have a powerful message that God has released me to speak on. Don’t MISS OUT on what God has in store for YOU this Easter!

There are three things I am asking our church family to do this year for Easter.

• PRAY for our Easter services. We are offering three services this Sunday, 8:00AM (Communion), 9:30AM & 11:30AM. We are trusting God for a great harvest of souls for His Kingdom this Sunday.
• SERVE during at least one of the three services. We will have many guests this Sunday and we need you to join with us as we show them the love of Jesus. All areas of ministry are going to need you to help serve this Sunday.
• GIVE in our Thanksgiving Offering. We are reaching out this year to help re-build a church in Haiti that was destroyed during the earthquake. We also need additional parking here at The Gathering, but we believe that if we put the need of the church in Haiti above our need God will supply the funds we need to add another parking lot for our growing church.

This Easter, at The Gathering, we are putting the needs of others above our own needs. Not only are we going into the inner city of Knoxville to distribute food to hungry children but Our THANKSGIVING OFFERING this Easter will go to re-build a church in Haiti that was destroyed during the recent earthquake.

As bad as we need an additional parking lot, we realize the need is greater in Haiti. Pastor Leon Deorleans from Haiti was a Guest Speaker at our Wednesday Night Prayer Service this week and was a GREAT BLESSING to our people. (Karen and I were so touched as he prayed over my youngest son Seth). Picture Below

We are expecting A GREAT HARVEST OF SOULS and trust that EVERYONE will be compelled to GIVE in our THANKSGIVING OFFERING so that we can be a BLESSING TO OTHERS.

I pray that OUR HEARTS will always BEAT after THE HEART OF OUR LORD!
